What to expect from termite treatmentsTermite control in Mesa and surrounding East Valley areas consists of trenching in non-concrete areas (flower beds, rocks etc.) that are touching the house. Then, for houses that are not post-tension, drilling small holes into the concrete a few inches from the home; usually the patios, garage and sometimes sidewalks. We always treat the entire home because of the high likelihood of termites spreading from one area of your home to others. In the rare event that termites reappear after our treatment, we will do spot treatments for the affected areas within the warranty period. Re-treatments are most common when termites are on the inside of homes or when home owners ask us not to drill in certain areas like pavers or pool decks.

Termite Control CostThe price of termite treatment can vary greatly from one job to another. Here are a few things that we consider when giving termite control quotes:
1. House size. The larger the house, the higher the cost. This is the most significant factor in determining price. For regular pest customers we start pricing at $4.00/linear foot of the house footing. 2. Location of termite activity. When termites are found on the interior walls of the home, it is more difficult to treat; therefore the cost is higher. Typically this would increase the price by about $200, depending on how severe and the exact location of the interior termite activity. 3. Warranty. The final factor influencing price is the number of years you want to warranty (see warranty details below). Extending the warranty costs between $100-$150/year depending on the size of the home. |

Termite Treatment Warranty
A termite warranty means that if termite activity is found after treatment, we will retreat that area of your home for free as long as the termites are found within the warranty period. Warranty begins the day treatment is started and covers treated structures (not untreated landscaping). All of our treatments include a 1-year warranty. Homeowners can extend the warranty up to 5 years at an additional cost. We will inspect the home for free once per year. However, most homeowners hire us to come out every-other-month for regular pest control because we inspect for termites every regular pest service. That way if termite activity is detected, treatment can be redone promptly. The warranty does NOT cover structural or property damage. We are not liable for damage caused by termites before or after treatment.
